First use preparation
Rinse with a 5% citric acid solution for 30 minutes to remove any factory residue (repeated twice)
Suggest connecting a pre installed water softener to extend the lifespan of the RO membrane (mandatory for areas with hardness>150mg/L)
Daily water production steps
1. Inject raw water to the MAX water level line (must comply with municipal tap water standards)
2. Choose the working mode (distillation/instant heating/circulating filtration)
3. Wait for 15 minutes after startup to preheat to the set temperature
4. Take water through a 304 stainless steel faucet
The pressure gauge should be stable within the range of 0.3-0.5MPa during the water production process
Maintenance cycle
Replace the pre filter element (PP cotton+activated carbon) every month
Perform a thermal disinfection procedure every 6 months (maintain 90 ℃ for 1 hour)

It is prohibited to directly connect ultrapure water or reverse osmosis water as raw water, which may cause dry burning of the heating tube
The surface temperature of the equipment can reach 80 ℃ during operation, and it should be kept away from children and flammable materials
🔧  Fault handling
Decreased water production: Check if the RO membrane is clogged (normal flux>10L/h)
Water quality alarm: It may be due to scaling of the electrode probe, and it needs to be soaked in 10% hydrochloric acid for cleaning
It is recommended to use it in conjunction with medical grade water storage tanks to avoid secondary pollution.
